This was a researcher-initiated, single-arm, open-label, single-center, first-in-human clinical trial (ChiCTR2100046544) designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of KT032 in patients with mesothelin-expressing advanced solid tumors between August 2021 and February 2024, at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.
