HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Newly obtained video shared with ABC13 by a victim's family shows the moments before a Tesla crashed into a Katy home, killing a 76-year-old woman inside. According to investigators, the crash happened around 8 p.m. Friday in a residential neighborhood. Investigators said the Tesla struck the home at high speed.
