A local man was arrested after a nurse reported that a patient at Turning Point, an adult inpatient behavioral health unit, had sexually assaulted her. According to the affidavit, the victim said Daniel R. Kellner had grabbed her by the hair, pinned her against the wall and began kissing her and touching her.
