Euroclear in exclusive talks to acquire BNP Paribas and CACEIS JV Uptevia

Euroclear has entered into exclusive negotiations with BNP Paribas and CACEIS to acquire joint venture Uptevia. Uptevia is a corporate trust services provider that specialises in shareholder register and AGM management solutions and corporate action services for listed and unlisted companies. The business was launched at the start of 2023 after BNP Paribas and CACEIS, the asset servicing arm of Crédit Agricole, decided to merge their issuer services units into one brand.
