Abstract Immunotherapy with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) shows limited clinical benefit only for a small subset of patients. Overall response rates are low, so that overcoming immunotherapy resistance and improved stratification are key.
