Structural predictability differences in long-term regional crop yield modeling with climate and area signals
Abstract Climate-driven crop yield modeling has been widely studied; however, the marginal predictive value of climate signals relative to temporal persistence remains insufficiently examined at the annual regional scale. This study investigates structural differences in long-term yield predictability using anonymized multi-region panel data spanning 2000–2023.
Study on the Transcriptome Response of Melon to Salt and Alkali Stress
Submitted: 21 January 2026 You are already at the latest version To decipher the molecular response mechanism of melon to saline-alkali stress, seedlings of the melon cultivar 'Xikaixin' were treated with 50 mmol·L⁻¹ mixed solutions of NaCl and NaHCO₃ at ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 to simulate saline-alkali stress. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the roots.

The Therapeutic Targeting Effect of Toll-Like Receptors and Their Related Signaling Pathways in Cardiomyopathy
ABSTRACT Background Cardiomyopathies contribute substantially to heart failure, arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac death. Innate immune activation—particularly via Toll-like receptors (TLRs)—is increasingly recognized as a driver of pathological cardiac remodeling. Objective To evaluate how TLR expression and downstream signaling pathways (MyD88 and TRIF) shape distinct cardiomyopathy phenotypes and to assess therapeutic strategies targeting these mechanisms.
Research on crop phenotype prediction using SNP context and whole-genome feature embedding
Abstract Modern agriculture demands precise genomic prediction to accelerate elite crop breeding, yet traditional genomic prediction approaches, such as genomic best linear unbiased prediction (GBLUP) and Bayesian methods, focus primarily on the cumulative effect of individual SNPs, thus neglecting the concerted influence that the surrounding sequence context has on the phenotype.
Urban model integrates tradition and modernity
With the giant arm of an excavator swinging and water-spraying equipment suppressing dust simultaneously, the construction site of the old town historical and cultural zones in Qingpu’s Yingpu Subdistrict was a bustling scene. This area bearing profound historical memories is accelerating its renewal. At the Matou Street construction site, workers were advancing operations in an orderly manner.

Establishment and evaluation of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome rat model
Abstract: Objective To establish a stable rat model of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS) with clinical characteristics. Methods Dehydroepiandrosterone ( DHEA) was used to establish a PCOS rat model by subcutaneous injection. Three-week-old female SD rats were divided into a normal group, 6 mg / kg DHEA model group, and 60 mg / kg DHEA model group.

What a House of Commons with fewer privately educated MPs could mean for the UK Original
Elected leaders and representatives across democracies tend to be old, wealthy, male and belong to the ethnic majority of their respective countries. This lack of diversity is a problem: it suggests that those who govern are out of step with the broader society that they seek to represent. But following the UK general election, parliament is becoming more like the electorate. A record-breaking 335 new MPs have entered the House of Commons.

Preserving the heart and soul of Laochengxiang
Laochengxiang, or “old town,” the heart and soul of Qingpu District, demonstrates how history and culture change over time. The Laochengxiang in Qingpu District encompasses several historical and cultural sites, some of which are undergoing reconstruction and preservation. The area is now dominated by the Qushui Garden, which was built in 1745. It is one of the city’s five classic gardens, featuring a moat and water system that has remained untouched.

Determination of Inorganic Arsenic in Infant Food Supplement by Ultrasonic Extraction Coupled with LC-AFS
Abstract Based on ultrasound-assisted extraction, a method for determination of inorganic arsenic in various supplementary food for infants and young children was established. The samples were successively subjected to ultrasonic extraction, n-hexane purification, membrane filtration, and anion column (PRP-X 100, 10 μm, 4.1 mm×250 mm) separation. Then, 15 mmol/L diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution (pH=6.0) was used as the mobile phase.
