T-cell dynamics after intracerebral hemorrhage and stroke-associated pneumonia: the vicious cycle of the lung–brain axis
Abstract Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a devastating cerebrovascular disorder associated with high mortality, severe disability, and substantial clinical burden. Stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP), one of the most common infectious complications after stroke, is increasingly recognized as a major contributor to mortality and poor neurological outcomes after ICH.
Renal cell carcinoma: molecular understanding and therapeutic development
Abstract Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a highly heterogeneous malignancy characterized by diverse molecular alterations and dynamic evolutionary trajectories. Advances in genomics and molecular profiling have shifted RCC management from morphology-based classification toward molecularly informed diagnosis and therapy. In this review, we integrate recent multi-omics and clinical advances to define the evolving biological and therapeutic landscape of RCC.

Correction: Effects of deferoxamine on blood-brain barrier disruption after subarachnoid hemorrhage
Loading metrics Following the publication of this article [1], concerns were raised regarding the results presented in Fig 3. Specifically, that the Sham panel of Fig 3B and the SAH + DFX panel of Fig 3C appear to overlap. Corresponding author YG stated that the Sham panel in Fig 3B is incorrect and provided a corrected version of Fig 3 where the Sham panel in Fig 3B has been updated with the correct panel from the original experiments.
Advances in plant polysaccharides in cancer therapy targeting ferroptosis
Abstract Cancer is a global health public issue with an increasing morbidity and mortality. Ferroptosis is a form of regulated cell death characterized by iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation, providing a novel and promising strategy for cancer treatment. Plant polysaccharides possess low toxicity, minimal side effects, and significant therapeutic potential, particularly in antioxidation, immune regulation, and cancer suppression.

Trophic stoichiometry of macroelements and metals in a terrestrial food web
The trophic transfer of different elements in food chains is of vital importance to know the cycle of elements in ecosystems. Elements can be preferentially accumulated or excreted through predation relationships and have complex effects on the organisms (Rowland et al., 2015). Ecological stoichiometry is an interdisciplinary field of study that examines the relationships between biological properties and ecosystems through the elemental measurements (Elser et al., 2000).

BRD9 regulates normal human hematopoietic stem cell function and lineage differentiation - Cell Death & Differentiation
Abstract Bromodomain containing protein 9 (BRD9), a member of the non-canonical BRG1/BRM-associated factor (ncBAF) chromatin remodeling complex, has been implicated as a synthetic lethal target in AML but its function in normal human hematopoiesis is unknown. In hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) genomic or chemical inhibition of BRD9 led to a proliferative disadvantage and loss of stem cells in vitro.

Cross-Domain Knowledge Transfer for Sustainable Heterogeneous Industrial Internet-of-Things Networks
1. Introduction The sustainability of communication networks is a critical goal for next-generation wireless systems (e.g., 6G and beyond [1]). Network sustainability is defined as an approach that successfully integrates and balances environmental responsibility, economic viability, and social equity. Despite the growing attention and hype surrounding the sustainability of 6G, there is a lack of a rigorous and practical definition to guide its implementation in networks.
Joint Transmit and Receive Beamforming Design for DPC-Based MIMO DFRC Systems
1. Introduction Ideally suited for sixth-generation (6G) mobile communication systems, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has gained growing attention due to its enormous potential in overcoming spectrum congestion, saving hardware costs, and enhancing system spectrum efficiency [1,2,3,4]. A joint design for the coexistence of radar and communication systems to achieve spectrum sharing has previously been used to enable ISAC in the same frequency band but on different devices.

1 INTRODUCTION Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), representing 27.9% of all stroke cases, has experienced an increasing trend since 1990.1 Research points to substances such as heme, a by-product of hemoglobin breakdown, as significant factors in brain damage following ICH.2-4 Heme oxygenase (HO) processes heme into iron, carbon monoxide, and biliverdin.
mTORC1 hyperactivation and resultant suppression of macroautophagy contribute to the induction of cardiomyocyte necroptosis by catecholamine surges
1 INTRODUCTION Coordinated activation of the sympathetic nervous system and adrenal medulla causes the release of catecholamines, meditating the fight-or-flight response in the body to physical or emotional stress. However, catecholamine surges and β-adrenergic hyperactivation have been shown to induce cardiac injury (Chen et al., 2017; Pelliccia et al., 2017; Wang et al., 2020; Zhang et al., 2017).

Recent Progress in Electrocatalytic Reduction of CO2
Abstract : A stable life support system in the spacecraft can greatly promote long-duration, far-distance, and multicrew manned space flight. Therefore, controlling the concentration of CO2 in the spacecraft is the main task in the regeneration system. The electrocatalytic CO2 reduction can effectively treat the CO2 generated by human metabolism. This technology has potential application value and good development prospect in the utilization of CO2 in the space station.
