Design of a dual-channel panoramic annular lens with ultra-wide field of view
In the panoramic annular system, as the field of view (FOV) expands, the diameter of the panoramic annular head unit (PAHU) will experience a substantial increase. In order to deal with this issue, we propose a dual-channel panoramic annular optical system. It enlarges the maximum FOV of the panoramic annular optical lens without augmenting the size of PAHU.

An Adaptive Torque Observer Based on Fuzzy Inference for Flexible Joint Application
Abstract : Torque observation techniques have been widely employed to estimate the load torque of flexible joints driven by a permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). However, the performance of the observer degrades significantly when the position and orientation of the robot continuously changes, resulting in substantial irregular load variations. In this paper, an adaptive torque observer based on fuzzy inference is proposed to overcome this issue.
Does tocilizumab have a magical therapeutic effect on COVID-19 patients without obvious adverse reactions?
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may cause a cytokine storm, which may lead to respiratory failure or even death, and the mortality rate for critically ill cases reached 60.5% (1, 2). In a retrospective observational study conducted by Xu et al. (3), all 21 patients, including 17 seriously ill and 4 critically ill cases (4), had been discharged after an average of 15.1 d, and no patient died after taking tocilizumab (TCZ).
A magnetic-based SERS approach for highly sensitive and reproducible detection of cancer-related serum microRNAs
This paper describes the combination of silica-coated, analyte-tagged gold nanoparticles (SA@GNPs) and gold-coated paramagnetic nanoparticles (Au@MNPs) in a sandwich assay for surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection of cancer-related serum microRNA, miRNA 141. The target sequence is captured by hybridization reactions with complementary oligonucleotide probes conjugated to the SA@GNPs and Au@MNPs, respectively.
