Data-driven identification of economic drivers and regional disparities of ecological resilience in china’s urban agglomerations: an explainable deep learning framework
Abstract As key spatial carriers for regional economic growth and ecological protection, urban agglomerations’ ecological resilience is critical to regional risk adaptation and sustainable development. This study examines 92 prefecture-level and above cities in China’s five major urban agglomerations from 2007 to 2021. An ecological resilience evaluation system is constructed under the resistance–adaptability–recovery framework and measured using the CRITIC method.
Spatiotemporal heterogeneity and synergy driving mechanisms of county ecological resilience in optimized urban agglomerations: integrated geographical detector-Bayesian spatiotemporal model
Abstract Accelerated urbanization intensifies ecological pressure on urban agglomerations. We construct a county-level ecological resilience index for the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration (2000–2020) under a resistance–recovery–adaptability framework and disentangle its spatiotemporal drivers by coupling an optimized-parameter geographical detector with an INLA-based Bayesian spatiotemporal model. Three patterns emerge.
A hybrid spatial-temporal data model for indoor dynamic path planning in a 2D/2.5D environment
ABSTRACT As building structures grow increasingly complex and demands for indoor navigation rise rapidly, representing dynamic indoor environments has become an urgent necessity for indoor path planning. Nevertheless, the majority of existing indoor data models still lack the capacity to depict the changing elements of indoor objects.
AUSS Assisted ACAF Technique in the Treatment of Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament Extending to the C2 Segment
1 Introduction Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (OPLL) is a pathological condition characterized by the calcification and thickening of the posterior longitudinal ligament, which is a common cause of cervical myelopathy [1]. The cervical OPLL region gradually impinges on the spinal cord, leading to myelopathic symptoms [2].

2. Study Area and Data Source 2.1. Study Area As depicted in Figure 1, this study was carried out on two black soil research experimental fields located in Hailun County, Heilongjiang Province, China. The county, located between 126°14′ E and 127°45′ E and 46°58′ N and 47°52′ N, experiences a temperate continental climate. The annual sunshine hours are 2315 h, the active accumulated temperature is 2200–2400 °C, the frost-free period is 117 days, and the annual average precipitation is 556 mm.

The Tryptophan-Rich Motif of HIV-1 gp41 Can Interact with the N-Terminal Deep Pocket Site: New Insights into the Structure and Function of gp41 and Its Inhibitors
Virus-Cell Interactions Yuanmei Zhu, Xiaohui Ding, Danwei Yu, Huihui Chong, Yuxian He Viviana Simon, Editor DOI: 10.1128/JVI.01358-19 ABSTRACT Refolding of the HIV-1 gp41 N- and C-terminal heptad repeats (NHR and CHR, respectively) into a six-helix bundle (6-HB) juxtaposes viral and cellular membranes for fusion. The CHR-derived peptide T20 is the only clinically approved viral fusion inhibitor and has potent anti-HIV activity; however, its mechanism of action is not fully understood.
Molecular mechanism of HIV-1 resistance to sifuvirtide, a clinical trial-approved membrane fusion inhibitor
Host cell infection with HIV-1 requires fusion of viral and cell membranes. Sifuvirtide (SFT) is a peptide-based HIV-1 fusion inhibitor approved for phase III clinical trials in China. Here, we focused on characterizing HIV-1 variants highly resistant to SFT to gain insight into the molecular resistance mechanism.

Exceptional Potency and Structural Basis of a T1249-Derived Lipopeptide Fusion Inhibitor against HIV-1, HIV-2, and Simian Immunodeficiency Virus
Enfuvirtide (T20) is the only viral fusion inhibitor approved for clinical use, but it has relatively weak anti-HIV activity and easily induces drug resistance. In succession to T20, T1249 has been designed as a 39-mer peptide composed of amino acid sequences derived from HIV-1, HIV-2, and simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV); however, its development has been suspended due to formulation difficulties.
