The dataset consists of 672 original pathological slides from the Pathology Departments of Liuzhou Cancer Hospital and Taizhou Cancer Hospital (Table 1), all stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) and containing thyroid tumor tissues with confirmed diagnoses. These slides were digitized using a high-resolution digital slide scanner at 20x magnification, resulting in high-pixel digital images for analysis.
