RUNX2 drives adenoma-to-carcinoma transition in colon cancer
Abstract Colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), the most common subtype of colon cancer, often arises from adenomas. However, the mechanisms driving the adenoma-to-adenocarcinoma transition remain unclear, hindering early intervention and treatment. Single-cell RNA sequencing revealed that CD8+ exhausted T cells (Tex) were significantly enriched in adenoma and carcinoma tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

Abstract Gliomas, the most common primary brain tumors, exhibit profound metabolic alterations that can be non-invasively probed using magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Compared to upfield signals in traditional MRS, downfield signals exhibit complex composition with limited understanding of their metabolite origins. Correlating high-throughput metabolic profiles provided by untargeted metabolomics with MRS signals can help elucidate the origins of metabolites in MRS.
Microgravity-cultured glioblastoma organoids integrated with microfluidic chip for CAR-γδ T evaluation - Communications Biology
Abstract Tumor organoids mimicking the tumor microenvironment (TME) are key tools for tumor immunity research and personalized cancer therapy development. We integrated microgravity culture with microfluidic chip technology (Micro-GRA& FLU) to establish a platform for evaluating chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-γδ T cell efficacy under physiological-like conditions. Patient-derived glioblastoma (GBM) cells were microgravity-cultured into glioblastoma organoids (GBOs).
