The association between bedtime at night and diabetes in US adults: Data from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2015-March -2020 pre-pandemic
Loading metrics Open Access Peer-reviewed Research Article Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between bedtime at night and the risk of diabetes in adults. Methods We extracted data from 14,821 target subjects from the NHANES database for a cross-sectional study. The data on bedtime came from the question in the sleep questionnaire: “What time do you usually fall asleep on weekdays or workdays?”.
