Potential applications Guided by the proposed design methodology, we developed various robots with diverse dimensions, materials, actuation methods, etc. Their performances validate the pronounced controllability and universal applicability of the proposed ultra-tunable bistable structure in diverse robotic applications. To validate the controllability of the proposed structures in achieving ultra-sensitivity and fast response, we developed a robotic flytrap (Figure 5A ).
