(1) We originally indicated in the Method Details section that trypsin was used in the process of preparing samples for mass spectrometry analysis. However, both trypsin and the endoproteinase Glu-C (V8) were used in our study.

Results To explore how glucose metabolism affects IFN-I innate immune signaling, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare IFN-I-induced expression of IFN-stimulated genes (ISGs) in cells cultured with low or high glucose. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) revealed a significant enrichment of glycolytic pathway genes (Figure 1A), suggesting high glucose-induced activation of glycolysis, which was also confirmed at the function level by Seahorse analysis (Figures S1A–S1D).
