MACF1 condensates serve as molecular rheostats translating mechanical stress into bone adaptation
Abstract Bone dynamically maintains homeostasis through mechanotransduction, a process essential for skeletal integrity and frequently disrupted in disease. Yet how bone cells decode mechanical cues into adaptive responses remains poorly understood. Here, we identify MACF1, a cytoskeletal crosslinker and core component of stress granules (SGs), as a mechanosensitive scaffold that undergoes phase separation via its intrinsically disordered region 2 (IDR2).

Adaptive semantic structural fault localization at statement level using reinforcement learning
Abstract Software fault localization is critical for reducing debugging effort, still much of the current literature focuses on a single major source of evidence and limited to fine-grained localization scenarios. Spectrum-based techniques are very efficient in using test execution behavior, but they can often do poorly when failures propagate across structurally related statements or when lexical clues provided by bugs are present in both text and source-code artifacts related to a bug.

Out of province or across border?
@Yulin Wang I invest in Orlando Florida and Halifax, Nova Scotia and many in Kitchener, Ontario, where I live. I find the ones that are out of Country and out of Province easier as the tenants never call me or know that I own them. They deal with property management. We bought this one from a digital walk through.
