Zach White’s Biography

Raised all over in the Army, I took my post-secondary education at the University of Kansas.

In school I covered the breadth of informative media –– managing radio programming, producing TV news/sports, and writing features/columns/stories for the University Daily Kansan.

After graduating I worked at the Havre Daily News, in Havre, Mont., where, aside from writing multiple stories a day in a variety of lengths/subjects/publications, I made numerous efforts to digitize the newsroom, both internally and in how we present ourselves to the community.

I have also written a weekly technology column for the past year, explaining internet culture and happenings for the residents of north central Montana.

Now I'm editing a science and technology news site in New York, managing an international team of writers in news and analysis. It's going very well. Talk to me about it.
