Defect 3D reconstruction with integrated bright-field and dark-field structured illumination microscopy based on Att-PU-Net
Addressing the challenges in quantitative 3D inspection of micro-to-nanoscale surface defects in optical components for high-energy laser systems, this paper proposes a novel, to our knowledge, inspection framework integrating bright-field and dark-field structured illumination microscopy (BDSIM) with deep learning-based 3D reconstruction.
Reconstructing Coherent Functional Landscape From Multi‐Modal Multi‐Slice Spatial Transcriptomics by a Variational Spatial Gaussian Process
1 Introduction Spatial transcriptomics (ST) technologies enable high-throughput gene expression profiling while preserving spatial context within tissues in situ [1-5]. Recent advances have made it possible to collect multiple parallel 2D sections, laying the foundation for reconstructing and analyzing tissue organization in 3D space [6-8].

Alongshan virus (ALSV) is an emerging tick-borne segmented RNA virus belonging to the Flaviviridae family, first identified in Northeastern China in 2017.
The extensive diversity of nairoviruses reveals the complexity and high risk of tick-borne diseases in northeastern China
Abstract The increasing burden of tick-borne virus infections is becoming a global public health concern.
Ultra-Wide Temperature Cycle Control Based on Photo-responsive Phase-Change
Ultra-Wide Temperature Cycle Control Based on Photo-responsive Phase-Change The working principles of temperature control systems differ strikingly under severe temperature conditions. Thus, effective cooling is the main requirement for temperature control at high temperatures, whereas heating is the main concern at low temperatures. Consequently, the simultaneous combination of the heating and cooling functions in the same material at high and low temperatures is a challenging task.

A Deep Learning Method for Bearing Cross-Domain Fault Diagnostics Based on the Standard Envelope Spectrum
1. Introduction Rolling bearings are an important part of rotating machinery and equipment, and they are easily damaged under long time operation and bad working conditions. Sudden failure will affect the normal operation of the equipment, resulting in economic losses and even casualties [1]. Therefore, it is of great importance to monitor and diagnose the operating condition of rolling bearings.

First Report and Genetic Characterization of Border Disease Virus in Sheep from Hulunbuir, Northeastern China
Border disease virus (BDV), a member of the Pestivirus genus within the Flaviviridae family, is known to inflict significant economic losses on livestock farms due to its association with reproductive disorders and persistent infections in sheep and goats. However, comprehensive epidemiological investigations of BDV in China are scarce.

Weakly Polar Aprotic Ionic Liquids Acting as Strong Dissociating Solvent: A Typical “Ionic Liquid Effect” Revealed by Accurate Measurement of Absolute pKa of Ylide Precursor Salts - Journal of the American Chemical Society (ACS Publications)
Absolute pK s of selected salts with different counter-anions were measured with high precision in four aprotic ionic liquids (AILs), which enables a detailed examination of solvation effect of ILs on salts. Interestingly, the counter-anions of the ylide precursor salts, protic amine, and phenol salts of this study, though differing dramatically in size and electron dispersion, were found to have no effect on the respective pK s of the substrates.
