COLORADO CITY, Colo. (KKTV) - UPDATE Monday 4 a.m. - The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office provided an update late Sunday night about a wildfire that was burning in Pueblo County. Deputies posted at about 11 p.m. that the “Applewood Fire” is under control. This comes after deputies provided an update at about 8:40 p.m. that multiple structures were burned, including several homes. No injuries were reported.

COLORADO CITY, Colo. (KKTV) - UPDATE Monday 7:45 a.m. - The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office provided an update regarding evacuation notices for residents in Colorado City after a wildfire burned several homes. Pueblo County deputies said evacuations have been lifted for those living in Applewood Estates. Deputies said the evacuation center and the large animal/livestock shelter are now closed. Deputies said fire crews will remain in the area to monitor the fire.

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - Multiple fire agencies responded to a wildfire south of Pueblo Sunday. The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office posted about it just after 7:30 p.m. They said the fire was reported near I-25, south of Pueblo, at mile marker 73/74. Multiple fire agencies are responding to a wildland fire south of Pueblo near Mile Marker 73-74 on Interstate 25. More information will be released when it becomes available.
