Fantasy basketball: The rookies you should be targeting in drafts
The 2026 NBA draft class is special. It's one that we have been anticipating with high expectations for quite a while, and early indications are that this class will live up to those lofty expectations. That translates to fantasy hoops as well. In a typical season, there are a small number of rookies discussed for fantasy drafts, but this season there are six currently with Average Draft Positions (ADPs) in the top 130 (meaning they are being picked in typical fantasy drafts).

Fantasy basketball: André Snellings' Ultimate Draft Board
What does your perfect fantasy basketball draft look like? This is a question you should consider before your draft begins, when you're still in the planning stages. Even now, after all these years of playing fantasy sports, I still do this before most big drafts. I look at where I'm picking in the draft and decide who, among those likely to be there, I'll take first.

Fantasy basketball: 10 tips to help you win your league
I remember one of my fantasy drafts from 2003. One of my favorite sleepers that year was Carlos Boozer. He was coming off a very solid but unspectacular rookie season, and I thought he'd have a bigger role for the Cleveland Cavaliers in his sophomore campaign. Plus, the Cavs had just drafted the most hyped prospect of all time in a high schooler named LeBron James, and I thought the two would play well together.

Fantasy basketball: Who increased their value most during summer league?
Andre Snellings The 2026 NBA draft class was purported to be one of the best in history. Which meant this Las Vegas summer league was always going to be a test: Could this class really live up to the overwhelming hype? Shockingly, it appears the answer is yes.
NBA Rookie of the Year betting: Bets to make, other takeaways from summer league
The NBA summer league is only a small piece of the Rookie of the Year puzzle, as this award won't be named until next April, but it's the first chance to see which rookies are ready to contribute immediately. Opportunities and role can matter just as much as talent once the regular season starts, but the confidence a player shows in summer league often carries over.

2026 NBA draft fantasy outlooks: Breaking down which rookies you should roster
The 2026 NBA draft has been tabbed as perhaps one of the best in league history. It is already being mentioned in the same breath with the 2003 draft that produced LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, and the 1996 draft headlined by Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Ray Allen and Stephon Marbury. This year's draft features both high-end talent at the top and excellent depth, with prospects who could earn starting gigs as rookies, even beyond the first round.

Fantasy basketball: Which players benefit most from Giannis trade?
The biggest domino in the NBA offseason has fallen, with the Milwaukee Bucks trading two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat along with Bobby Portis for a huge package of players and picks, which includes Tyler Herro, Kel'el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Kasparas Jakucionis. This trade signals that the Bucks and Heat are moving in opposite directions right now, with the Heat angling to get into the championship hunt as soon as possible while the Bucks are leaning into a full rebuild.
