Talk to any teacher. Even an honest parent or two. A period of depression or the long-standing pain of anxiety can cripple a young person. Acting out behavior can often be a smoke screen for similar suffering in a young child. Repeated disciplinary incidents are an indication of something wrong. This affects an entire family. Can threaten the strongest of marriages. Isolate people from participating in community activities which could provide some small semblance of support.
