Reinforcement learning-guided multi-objective trajectory planning for obstacle avoidance in robotic manipulators
Abstract Robotic manipulators operating in cluttered environments require collision-free trajectories that remain executable under kinematic and dynamic constraints. This paper proposes a reinforcement learning (RL)-guided multi-objective trajectory planning framework, termed RL-MOP-HNE, for a 6-DOF UR5 manipulator. The planning model simultaneously minimizes path length, energy consumption, and execution time while satisfying collision-avoidance, kinematic, and dynamic constraints.
Thermally and electronically triggered hydrogen shift within a CHCH 2 species via surface-assisted hydrogen tunneling
Abstract Hydrogen shift along carbon skeletons plays a key role in isomerization and rearrangement reactions in organic synthesis and hydrocarbon catalysis. Here, we demonstrate precise control over hydrogen shift within a bistable CHCH2 species formed on a Cu(110) surface, using a single-molecule approach via scanning tunneling microscopy.

Correction: MYCBP2-mediated HNF4α ubiquitination reprogrammed lipid metabolism in MASH-associated hepatocellular carcinoma
Correction to: Oncogene https://doi.org/10.1038/s41388-025-03373-5, published online 03 April 2025 During a recent review of our published paper, we noticed an inadvertent error in Figure 5L. When assembling the figure panels, a duplicate graph was unintentionally placed in the statistical graph section for the colony formation assay.
Case Report: Fatal pneumonia as a manifestation of X-linked hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia: clinical phenotype and genotype characterization of a novel EDA frameshift variant in a four-generation pedigree
Abstract Background: Clinically, X-linked hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia is identified by its classic triad of hypohidrosis, hypotrichosis, and oligodontia. Nevertheless, the true threat to patient survival often stems from respiratory complications that extend beyond these obvious ectodermal traits. Mechanistically, ectodysplasin A (EDA) variants impair skin appendages and respiratory submucosal glands, undermining mucociliary clearance.
High circular dichroism response predicted by deep learning in chiral metasurfaces
Chiral resonant metasurfaces have attracted significant attention due to their wide-ranging applications in chiral sensing, on-chip optical devices, and optical communication. The designed methods of metasurfaces rely on empirical judgment and parameter scanning, which constrains the enhancement of their optical performance.

Probing nuclear quantum effects in electrocatalysis via a machine-learning enhanced grand canonical constant potential approach - Nature Communications
Abstract Proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET) is the key step for energy conversion in electrocatalysis. Atomic-scale simulation acts as an indispensable tool to provide a microscopic understanding of PCET. However, consideration of the quantum nature of transferring protons under an exact grand canonical constant potential condition is a great challenge for theoretical electrocatalysis.

pH-Responsive and Actively Targeted Metal-Organic Framework Structures for Multimodal Antitumor Therapy and Inhibition of Tumor Invasion and Metastasis | ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces
Multimodal treatment is an important tool to overcome tumor drug resistance. The reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by photodynamic therapy (PDT) can directly play a killing role on tumor cells, which has the advantages of repeatable treatment and no drug resistance.
