SYLACAUGA - The Sylacauga City Council tabled an invoice from the law firm Alexander Hyde for $8,878 during their regular meeting Tuesday, March 18. The invoice, dated Jan. 31 of this year, will automatically reappear on the regular agenda for the first meeting in April. The bill comes not from the city's regular attorney, Win Livingston, but from a law firm in Montgomery that specializes in representing cities in personnel and civil service related matters.
