Judge Tony Graf Jr. found a prosecutor in civil contempt after he made comments on the strength of the Tyler Robinson murder case, violating a pretrial publicity order. Robinson, the man accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk in September 2025, returned to court on Friday for the virtual hearing. During the hearing, Judge Graf read his ruling on whether or not prosecutors violated a pretrial publicity order and, if so, whether or not to take the death penalty off the table.
