A one-size-fits all approach to menopause transition in the workplace is unlikely to benefit the majority of women in our diverse, modern society. Menopause and peri-menopause have been in the spotlight with a Senate inquiry releasing its recommendations, which included more employers around Australia offering paid menopause and reproductive leave, and Federal Government pledging more than half a billion for women’s health, including a menopause health assessment.
