(WITN) - Seventeen-month-old Rawlings Warren is all smiles, throwing balls with her parents, Lacey and Ross Warren. “Rawlings is wild and everything a baby should be,” Lacey Warren said. “Loud, rambunctious, loving, active,” Ross Warren said. The Warrens were thrilled to become first-time parents. Rawlings was born three and a half weeks early on Dec. 22, 2024.
