Abstract DNA repair deficiencies result in genomic instability. Data suggest that genomic instability is associated with response to immuno-oncology (IO) therapies. We analyzed outcomes of patients in the IMPACT2 study by the presence of DNA damage response (DDR) alterations and treatment type. Of 662 patients with ≥1 alterations: 109 (16.5%) had DDR alterations (treated, N = 85) and 553 (83.5%) were DDR wild-type (treated, N = 426).

The Godzilla franchise had been trending towards kiddie for a few films, but this is the first in the series to actually be made explicitly for children. Released as part of the Toho Champion Matsuri, a festival program for children, All Monsters Attack was made very cheaply, very quickly, and reused a fair amount of footage from previous entries in the series, mostly Ebirah, Horror of the Deep.

#10 in my ranking of the Showa Era Godzilla films. Ishiro Honda was off making Lovetide (a film that I cannot track down) when Godzilla became such a smash hit in Japan, leading Toho Studios to rely on the talents of Motoyoshi Oda (as well as returning special effects director Eiji Tsuburaya) to execute the quick and dirty sequel to their unexpected success.
