BOWLING GREEN — FREE BEER ON THE QUAD!! If that opening line didn’t get your attention, Bowling Green’s probably will. Did you catch the spread for the Falcons’ first game? Bowling Green opened as a 2.5-point underdog … at home … against an FCS team. True, it’s a good FCS team. Tarleton State went 12-2 last season, beat Army, and has FBS ambitions. Also true: The line has since shifted. BG’s now a slight favorite.
