Nonverbal students left on NYC school bus for hours without school knowing
NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Six nonverbal children with special needs were taken to school over four hours late, one of whom was found wet with her diaper off, after a New York City school bus driver failed to transport them, according to an investigation. Video taken Saturday shows that the River Road parking lot was inundated with water and several cars were submerged, but new video taken on Monday shows even more cars underwater that had shown up after the fact. The salvaged vehicles include a BMW 7 Series and a $130,000 Mercedes-Benz S580.
