Bob Reitman reprises 1972 poetry LP with new "12th House" disc to benefit WUWM
Surely, most Milwaukeeans need no introduction to long-time radio voice Bob Reitman, best-known as half of the long-running morning show team of Reitman and Miller. When a builder's risk loss occurs, those flaws can undermine the entire delay claim. Here’s what it takes to reconstruct a defensible timeline when the pre-loss schedule can't be taken at face value.

Gleam is Pragmatic
I’ve spent the past several years working with functional programming languages in my free time – primarily Haskell and OCaml. I love both languages but also find aspects of each frustrating. Haskell is terse and elegant with type classes providing a powerful mechanism for ad-hoc polymorphism. However, it can also be confusingly implicit and I personally find lazy evaluation to have more downsides than upsides. OCaml is explicit and powerful with a best-in-class module system.

Uecker's greatest moment as a Cardinal?
Brewers radio announcer Bob Uecker is a legendary character. You know that already. He's made a career out of mocking his playing career. The stories are hilarious, self-deprecating, often exaggerated and usually (mostly) true. In 1965, the St. Louis Cardinals lined up to take their official team photo. Legend has it that the picture had to be re-taken, because Uecker was screwing around with pitcher Bob Gibson.
