Emma Janzen is a spirits and cocktail journalist, photographer, and award-winning book author. In addition to contributing to The Oxford Companion to Spirits and Cocktails, she has been nominated for four James Beard Foundation awards, with The Way of the Cocktail winning for best beverage book with recipes in 2022, and The Bartender's Manifesto winning the same award in 2023.
