(WNCN) -- One of three men charged in connection with the Monday shooting of a North Carolina Highway patrolman hit the trooper in the neck and face with gunfire during a traffic stop, an arrest warrant says. Trooper Daniel C. Harrell's cruiser appeared to have 12 bullet holes in the front windshield after the shooting around 5:30 p.m. on Haynes Road in Wilson County.

LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) - The stolen SUV used in the kidnapping of missing Lumberton teen Hania Aguilar was found Thursday. According to a press release from the FBI, the green Ford Expedition was found around 8 a.m. off Quincey Road in Lumberton. The FBI's Evidence Response Team will process the vehicle. Funeral set for Police Sgt Carraway killed in Florence ambush
FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) - A police officer shot and killed during what authorities say was an ambush in South Carolina is being laid to rest. Florence Police Sgt. Terrence Carraway's funeral is scheduled for noon Monday at the city's civic center. There will be two hours of visitation before the ceremony. Investigators say Carraway was killed and six other officers wounded by 74-year-old Frederick Hopkins in his upscale Florence County neighborhood Wednesday.

According to a press release, officers were called November 21 to the AT&T store on Church Street for a reported shoplifting case. Marion County teen arrested for making threat against middle
MULLINS, SC (WBTW) – Marion County deputies arrested a student after making threats against a school on social media. According to a press release, a 13-year-old Palmetto Middle School student was arrested Thursday for conveying a threat on Snapchat. The juvenile was charged with threatening to use destructive device, disturbing schools, and unlawful communication. The teen is being held at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice awaiting a hearing.

CONWAY, SC (WBTW) - A Conway mother was arrested over the weekend after police said she left an infant child locked in her car alone while she shopped. According to a Conway Police Department incident report, officers were called to the Conway Walmart on Church Street Saturday around 10:30 a.m. after a witness noticed an infant strapped in a car seat alone inside a car with the windows rolled up.
One injured in house shooting, Florence Police investigate
FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) - Florence Police officers are investigating an early morning shooting that left one person injured. According to a press release, officers were called the 400 block of Noble Street around 3 a.m. Monday for a reported shooting. Once on the scene, officers found a house with several gunshot rounds fired into it as well as an injured adult inside. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

3 men facing 36 charges after NC poaching ring busted, authorities say
ROXBORO, NC — Three Person County men are facing a total of three dozen charges after wildlife officials say they busted a major poaching operation that illegally killed a number of trophy deer. Christopher Ray Tuck, 26, Samuel Allen Roach, 21 and Samuel Roy Roach Jr., 40, were charged Nov. 29, according to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. All but one of the charges are against the two younger men.
