A publicly available dataset of 12-lead electrocardiogram critical values that covers 20,126 records
Abstract Electrocardiograms (ECGs), which have the advantages of non-invasive, rapid, and low-cost acquisition, can directly capture cardiac electrical activity signals and provide a key basis for the screening and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases; hence, electrocardiography is an indispensable basic examination method in clinical practice.
Time-resolved proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis reveals convergent and divergent biological perturbations induced by FDA-approved CDK4/6 inhibitors in hormone receptor-positive breast cancers
Abstract Palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib, which are FDA-approved CDK4/6 inhibitors, constitute the standard first-line treatment for advanced hormone receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancers. Although these drugs share nominal targets and demonstrate comparable first-line efficacy, significant divergences exist in their cross-line therapeutic responses upon first-line progression, indicating distinct mechanisms of action.

Self-Healing and Stretchable Tetrameric PVA-CNF-PVP-IL Complex Ionogel with High-Performance Ionic Thermoelectric Properties
Self-Healing and Stretchable Tetrameric PVA-CNF-PVP-IL Complex Ionogel with High-Performance Ionic Thermoelectric Properties Self-healing and stretchable thermoelectric (TE) materials are crucial for the advancement of self-powered flexible wearable devices. Despite recent progress in the field, there remains a gap in developing materials that effectively combine self-healing capabilities with superior thermoelectric performance.

Comparative risk of type 2 diabetes development between women with gestational diabetes and women with impaired glucose tolerance over two decades: a multiethnic prospective cohort in New Zealand
Prior research has established that women with a history of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and those with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) are at an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes (T2D). However, the long-term comparative risk between these two groups, particularly in a multiethnic cohort, remained unclear, necessitating further investigation.
In situ Membrane Protein Expression by Efficient Recruitment of mRNA to the Membranes of Synthetic Cells
Abstract The synthesis of artificial cells is crucial for understanding the origins of life. In synthetic cells, however, the absence of membrane-bound organelles and auxiliary proteins severely limits the efficient expression and precise localization of membrane proteins using cell-free expression systems. Here we introduce a robust method that significantly enhances membrane protein synthesis by recruiting mRNA to phospholipid membranes.

Interfering with Rac1-activation during neonatal monocyte-macrophage differentiation influences the inflammatory responses of M1 macrophages - Cell Death & Disease
Abstract Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a life-threatening, inflammatory disease affecting premature infants with intestinal necrosis, but the mechanism remains unclear. Neonatal macrophages are thought to play an important role in the pathogenesis of NEC through the production of proinflammatory cytokines. Restriction of cytokine expression in macrophages of NEC tissues may be beneficial. In adult macrophages, interfering with Rac1 has been shown to influence the expression of cytokines.
Dual asynchronous control for T‐S fuzzy semi‐Markov jump systems: A finite‐time design
This paper addresses the control problem of Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy semi-Markov jump systems (TFSMJSs) under the finite-time analysis and synthesis framework. Due to the commonly used networked communication structure, the semi-Markovian jumping modes and fuzzy premise variables cannot always perfectly match for system and controller among the whole system operation.
Environmental Impacts of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Nutrient Diffusion Fluxes at a Sediment-Water Interface: The Case of the Yitong River, China
Abstract : Under the premise of controlling the external input of nitrogen and phosphorus, endogenous release is the main cause of eutrophication in lakes. To investigate the characteristics of endogenous nitrogen and phosphorus release from urban rivers, the Yitong River, an urban river in northern China, was used as an experimental object. Eight sampling sites were set up in the upstream, urban, and downstream regions of an urban section.
Prediction model of residual stress during precision glass molding of optical lenses
Abstract Precision glass molding (PGM) is an important processing technology for aspheric lenses that has the advantages of low complexity, high precision, and short processing time. The key problem in the PGM process is to accurately predict the residual stress of aspheric lenses.
Ultra-precision turning method efficient for optical freeform surfaces with a hybrid slow-fast tool servo
Abstract The machining of freeform surfaces is a current research hotspot: A slow tool servo (STS) has limitations in machining accuracy and efficiency for large steep freeform surfaces. Most fast tool servo (FTS) tools are limited by their stroke and cannot manufacture freeform surfaces with a large sag.
Risk stratification of cardiac sequelae detected using cardiac magnetic resonance in late convalescence at the six-month follow-up of recovered COVID-19 patients
Highlight • Cardiac sequela is uncommon in recovered COVID-19 patients at six months follow-up. • Cardiac magnetic resonance is useful to evaluate cardiac involvement of COVID-19 survivors in the late convalescence, such a right ventricular dysfunction, myocardial edema, focal fibrosis and dysfunction of myocardial deformation.
Prognostic value of multiple cardiac magnetic resonance imaging parameters in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy
Highlights • LGE combined with NT-proBNP have the strongest prognostic value in IDMC with reduced LVEF(<40%). • NT-proBNP and extent of LGE were reliable predictors in IDCM patients with reduced LVEF. • Myocardial deformation indexes seemed to have no prognostic value in IDCM patiens with reduced LVEF.
