The Rise of Summer Leisure Tourism: Why Theme Parks Are Packed Again
New Delhi [India], June 30: Summer travel feels different these days. After a few years of uncertainty and reduced movement, people are now eager to step out, spend time with family and friends, and simply enjoy experiences again. One of the clearest signs of this shift is the return of crowded theme parks. Places like Disneyland Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood are buzzing with visitors, long queues, laughter, and the familiar excitement of summer holidays.
Electronic access to glass transition in supercooled ionic liquids using ambipolar transistor
Relaxation dynamics of supercooled liquids approaching glassy arrest remain a central challenge in integrated electronic architectures, where conventional rheometry becomes incompatible. Here, we demonstrate that an ambipolar field-effect transistor functions as an electrical probe capable of resolving ion-specific relaxation dynamics in fragile ionic glass formers and semiquantitatively inferring rheological parameters within an operating device environment.

Viscous Stars Can Reflect Gravitational Waves like Black Holes Do
October 8, 2025• Physics 18, 169 A neutron star’s viscosity determines how the star interacts with gravitational waves, a behavior that could be useful to the study of neutron-star interiors. × The detection of gravitational waves from mergers of black holes and neutron stars has opened a window onto the strong-gravitational-field regime, allowing physicists to put constraints on various gravitational theories [1, 2].

Modeling actin-microtubule crosstalk in migrating cells
Significance The interplay between microtubule dynamics, centrosome positioning, cell polarization, and migration is fascinating and enigmatic. Recent experiments have demonstrated a strong correlation between microtubule growth and shrinkage and actin protrusion and actomyosin contraction, mediated by actin-microtubule crosstalk.

Branching, crosslinking and decentralization of microtubules accelerates intracellular assembly
Abstract Before cell division, mitotic spindle is assembled from chromosomes and centrosomes. After the cell division, Golgi organelles assemble from multiple vesicles scattered across daughter cells. These are but two examples of intracellular assembly of vesicles, organelles and chromosomes made possible by dynamic microtubules.
Designing anti-bacterial supramolecular gels from primary ammonium dicarboxylate (PAD) salts for self-delivery applications
Designing anti-bacterial supramolecular gels from primary ammonium dicarboxylate (PAD) salts for self-delivery applications† Primary ammonium dicarboxylate (PAD) salts often display 2D columnar hydrogen bonded networks known as the PAD supramolecular synthon in the context of crystal engineering. The PAD synthon is known to play an effective role in supramolecular gelation.

Chemical Environment of the Confinement Governs Thermal Stability of the Folded Telomere G-Quadruplex
Abstract In this study, the effect of the chemical nature of the confinement on the folding and thermal stability of the telomere G-quadruplex (G4) has been investigated by studying the folding pattern of different telomere DNA sequences with varying numbers and arrangements of thymine loop nucleobases in the presence of anionic and cationic nanosized water pools. The findings suggest that both anionic and cationic water pools fold the telomere sequences into G4 of the same topology.
Correlations among hydrogen bond fluctuations in the apo state are enough to reveal allosteric networks in proteins
Abstract Allostery is essential for regulating biochemical pathways, where ligand binding at one site influences enzymatic activity at a distant functional site. Identifying allosteric sites and mapping signal transduction pathways in biomolecules remain a significant challenge. Existing experimental or computational methods, in general, can identify a subset of total allosteric network.

A model of protein folding with multiple native states: Metamorphicity, Intrinsic disorderness and folding upon binding of proteins
Abstract The sequence-structure-function paradigm in biology states that proteins amino acid sequence determines its unique folded state structure which in turn dictates its unique biological function. This classic concept has been severely challenged by the discovery of metamorphic and intrinsically disorder proteins (IDPs). Metamorphic proteins can fold into multiple native structures and per- form multiple functions.

Substrate‐induced strain upshot on the optical and optoelectronic properties of trilayer MoS2
The characteristics of 2D layered MoS2 film are highly dependent on the substrate it is grown on which leaves us privileged to achieve unique and tunable properties. In this study, trilayer MoS2 films have been grown on fused quartz, crystalline quartz (z-cut), sapphire (0001), and silicon (100) substrates. MoS2 film grows as freestanding on amorphous fused quartz, while it experiences an in-plane tensile strain on the sapphire and silicon.

Correlating lattice-distortion-induced ferroelectricity with solar-cell performance in all-inorganic mixed-halide perovskites
Among all-inorganic metal-halide perovskites, mixed halides yield superior photovoltaic parameters. In this direction, we considered CsPbI3(Br3) and observed that the ferroelectricity in the compounds appeared due to an overall distortion in the [PbX6]4− octahedra and the consequent off-centered cesium ions.
Magnetically induced Schr\"odinger cat states: The shadow of a quantum space
Abstract Schrödinger cat states, which are superpositions of macroscopically distinct states, are potentially critical resources for upcoming quantum information technologies. In this paper we introduce a scheme to generate entangled Schrödinger cat states in a nonrelativistic electric dipole system situated on a two-dimensional plane, along with an external potential and a uniform strong magnetic field perpendicular to the plane.
Deciphering Sustainability: Biogas Offers Holistic Solution to Global Biodegradable Waste Challenge
In an era where environmental sustainability is paramount, the management of biodegradable waste presents a critical challenge. The conventional approach of landfilling not only contributes to greenhouse gas emissions but also fails to harness the potential energy contained within organic waste. It is estimated that, globally, 30-70 million tonnes of methane is emitted from landfills each year. In India, the waste sector accounts for about 20% of methane emissions.
