Ed Williams Jefferson City Dear Editor: Donald Trump once said that he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and everyone would continue to support him. Apparently Curtis Thompson is one of those supporters. I was generous when I implied that Trump’s supporters had half a brain. Trump’s impeachment defenders have to resort to rationalizing the truth to defend him. Mr. Thomas does this when he says that there are no real criminal charges.

Your Opinion: Spiritual warfare
Wanda Roam Jefferson City Dear Editor: I do agree with Bill Burton that the majority of FBI field agents are people of integrity that try to uphold their oath of office to defend our laws and Constitution.
