Jake Lambright’s Biography

Jake Lambright joined the KSLA team in January of 2026 as their Midday & Digital Meteorologist.

Jake graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2024, earning a Bachelor’s degree in atmospheric sciences. Prior to KSLA, Jake spent time at KNOE and KALB. At his previous stations, he experienced record-breaking heat and cold, historic winter weather, and many rounds of severe weather.

He enjoys the active weather that moves through the ArkLaTex, as well as the great hospitality from the community.

Jake has a dog named Jules. If you follow him on social media, you will see her frequently.

Speaking of social media, Jake is very active on social media platforms. You will find everything from important weather information to cute dog pictures.

He enjoys being back home in the ArkLaTex and connecting with the community. If you see Jake out in public, make sure to say hi!
