Fire crews respond to minor car fire at Douglas Village Shopping Centre

There are no reports of any injuries following a minor car fire at a multi-storey car park in Douglas in Cork city. Units of Cork City Fire Service attended the carpark at Douglas Village Shopping Centre this afternoon and evacuated the carpark shortly after 2pm. The fire happened in almost the exact same spot as a 2019 car fire which almost completed destroyed the multi-storey car park.
