FARGO — Tom Hoge has had an assortment of titles associated with his name over the years, such as college golfer, PGA Tour player, dad and Fargo South Hall of Famer. Add another one in his hometown: Keeper of the Greens. That’s in reference to his new role with the Fargo Country Club, and has mostly to do with the long-term planning of his former home course. The next Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus or Donald Ross of course design?
