Abstract Introduction Cow’s milk (CM) allergy (CMA) is the most common food allergy among children (1). Many children outgrow CMA, but for some it will persist into adolescence and adulthood (2, 3). Prior studies have found that those reacting to less than 10 mL of milk and those with a history of a reaction to baked milk (BM) are at increased risk for persistence (4–6).
