Speculative Sampling in Interactive Video Generation
Abstract Speculative Sampling enables interactive video generation with large bidirectional windows by caching predictions and delivering them incrementally, reducing latency without sacrificing quality. Interactive video generation commonly relies on small bidirectional chunks to reduce response latency. Yet our preliminary experiments show that larger chunks improve video quality and better utilize GPU parallelism, allowing more latents to be sampled with only a modest increase in sampling time.
A novel classification of patients with cervical spinal cord injury without fracture-dislocation based on imaging features: a multicenter study
Abstract A multicenter retrospective study. Several classifications of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture-dislocation (CSCIWOFD) have been reported during past decades, but no classification propose suggestions for surgical approach decision. In this study, we aimed to establish a new classification of CSCIWOFD based on imaging features of patients, and to determine the surgical outcomes of the different types of CSCIWOFD after different surgical approaches.
Design and application of high-prestress flexible impact-resistant truss cable support system for deep roadways
Abstract As coal mining operations extend to greater depths, the stress regime governing the surrounding rock of roadways becomes increasingly complex. Existing support schemes, often characterized by poor structural integrity and inadequate dynamic disturbance resistance, fail to effectively control rock deformation, thereby jeopardizing mine safety. This study focuses on the transport roadway of the 2803 working face at the Hetaoyu Coal Mine.

Enhanced energy storage in tungsten bronze-based ferroelectrics and MLCCs via a multi-coating engineering
Abstract High-power pulsed systems demand dielectric capacitors with high energy density and efficiency. Although perovskite ceramics dominate this field, simultaneously achieving high performance and fatigue endurance remains a significant challenge. Our study addresses this aim by incorporating a Ba1-xSrxTiO3 second phase into tungsten bronze-type Ba1-xSrxNb2-yTayO6 matrix, followed by chemical coating with a SiO₂ layer.

Abstract This study investigates the microstructural effects, energy evolution, and damage progression of sandstone under uniaxial cyclic freeze–thaw (F–T) conditions. Using the roof sandstone from Shuangma No. 1 Mine, uniaxial compression tests were performed on samples subjected to varying numbers of F–T cycles.
Study on the mechanism of SW inhibiting testosterone synthesis in mouse Leydig cells
Abstract Background: Swainsonine (SW), the main toxic component of locoweed, can cause livestock poisoning and reproductive damage in male animals; however, the mechanism by which it affects testosterone secretion remains unclear. Methods: Ten-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were orally administered SW at doses of 0, 0.05, and 0.25 mg/(kg·d) for 28 days. TM3 mouse Leydig cells were treated with SW at concentrations of 0, 1, and 10 nM for 24 h.

1-deoxysphinganine promoted microglial glycolytic reprogramming and neuroinflammation in alzheimer’s disease
Abstract Recent evidence suggests that microglial activation, driven by a metabolic shift towards glycolysis, was involved in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Although sphingolipid (SL) dysregulation has been linked to AD, the role of 1-deoxysphinganine (deoxySO), an atypical and neurotoxic SL, on microglial glycolytic reprogramming remains unclear. We measured serum deoxySO levels in AD patients and evaluated their association with cognitive performance.

Gut microbiota-derived butyrate primes systemic immunity in honey bees by mediating lipid metabolic reprogramming - Nature Communications
Abstract The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in insect immune priming, inducing enhanced immune response that functionally resembles acquired immunity confined to vertebrates. While gut microbiota mediates systemic immune activation in insect hemolymph, the mechanisms underlying remote immunoregulation remain largely unknown. Here we use the honey bee gut microbiota as a model, we identify butyrate as a key microbial metabolite coordinating immune-metabolic crosstalk.
