Refers to: Keywords dendritic cells immunity mitochondria electron transport chain redox balance metabolites DNA methylation Introduction Dendritic cells (DCs) orchestrate the crosstalk between innate and adaptive immunity. Conventional DCs (cDCs) are ontogenically subdivided into type 1 (cDC1s) and type 2 (cDC2s) and excel at antigen presentation and naive T cell priming upon immunogenic stimulation.
Main text (Cell Metabolism 38, 1097–1112.e1–e8; June 2, 2026) In Figure 1S, the term “cDC1” was incorrectly added to the label “Control” in the left image. This is incorrect, as no cDC1s were administered under the control condition. Therefore, consistent with the legend of Figure 1R—which shows the quantification of the representative images displayed in Figure 1S—the left image depicting this condition should be labeled simply as “Control.” This error has now been corrected online.
