Organized religion has historically been the main source of social capital for communities, which it has in many ways monopolized. Social capital can be best described as the relationships between members of a community that create social cohesion and a sense of belonging.

First off, really appreciate BP. I got into real estate about a year ago, and now I’m up to 4 rental properties already. Learned a ton from this community.
