Curvature-adaptive low-temperature metallization for flexible and conformal electronics enabled by rheology-driven acoustic coupling
Abstract Achieving reliable metallization on curved and mechanically diverse substrates remains challenging because conventional post-printing sintering methods often produce non-uniform energy delivery, incomplete particle necking, and unstable electrical performance. Here, we report a low-temperature ultrasonic sintering strategy using a shear-thickening fluid-filled flexible bladder to improve conformal contact and rheology-regulated acoustic–mechanical coupling.
A population-based analysis evaluating risk of second primary upper abdominal cancers following radiotherapy for resectable gastric cancer
Abstract Radiotherapy is widely used in the perioperative treatment of gastric cancer. But the risk of second primary upper abdominal cancers in gastric cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy is still unclear. From the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, 6666 patients with gastric cancer between January 1975 and December 2010 from 8 registries were included in the analysis.
Maternal immune activation disrupts epigenomic and functional maturation of cortical excitatory neurons
Abstract Elevated levels of maternal pro-inflammatory cytokines following severe infection during gestation can disrupt offspring neural development and increase the risk of neurodevelopmental disorders. The viral mimetic Poly(I:C) reproduces the effects of gestational influenza exposure, leading to behavioral outcomes that recapitulate neurodevelopmental disorder phenotypes.
Effects of Dryland Tailwater Recharge on Rhizosphere Fungi and Phosphorus discharge Reduction Mechanisms in Paddy Fields at the Erhai Lake Basin
You are already at the latest version To investigate the effects of dryland tailwater recharge on rice rhizosphere fungi and phosphorus concentrations in the Erhai Lake Basin, two-year (2024–2025) field experiments were conducted in Gusheng Village on the western shore of Erhai Lake. Four water management treatments were established: conventional flooding (CK), controlled irrigation (C), low water layer tailwater recharge (CDC-L), and high water layer tailwater recharge (CDC-H).
Hydrodynamic characteristics during floating and installation of high blockage-ratio immersed tunnels in Inland Rivers
Abstract To investigate the hydrodynamic challenges associated with the high blockage-ratios encountered during the floating transportation and installation of immersed tubes in restricted inland waterways, a cross-river immersed tunnel project in Dongguan is selected as a case study.
An encyclopedic regulatory and functional atlas of RNA interactomes
Abstract RNA molecules interact extensively with each other and with RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) to regulate gene expression. To improve detection of RBP–RNA and RNA–RNA interactions, we developed the rbsSeeker and rriScan tools and integrated the interactions into the Encyclopedia of RNA Interactomes (ENCORI), providing web-based modules to explore RNA interactions.
Efficient UAV object detection using spectro-spatial synergistic learning and implicit recursive refinement
Abstract Object detection in UAV imagery faces severe challenges arising from drastic scale variations, pervasive background noise, and the dominance of tiny objects, further compounded by the computational constraints of edge devices. Existing lightweight detectors frequently suffer from feature degradation, in which low-frequency background information tends to submerge the high-frequency details of small objects.

Compound 2 Binding Stabilizes the Active Conformation of GLP-1R GPCRs are intrinsically dynamic proteins, and it is well established that full stabilization of their active conformation typically requires the coordinated binding of both an orthosteric ligand and an intracellular transducer. (29−31) Interestingly, compound 2, an ago-PAM, has been shown to fully activate GLP-1R despite binding outside the orthosteric site.

Introduction Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R), a class B G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), is primarily expressed in pancreatic β-cells, playing a critical role in maintaining glucose homeostasis and metabolic balance. (1,2) Upon activation by its endogenous peptide ligand GLP-1, GLP-1R stimulates insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon release, and delays gastric emptying.
Effects of plyometric training on strength, explosive performance, and agility in female team-sport athletes: a systematic review and three-level meta-analysis
Abstract Introduction: Plyometric training (PT) is widely used in team sports, but its outcome-specific effects in female team sport athletes and the influence of key programming variables remain unclear. Methods: This systematic review and three-level meta-analysis examined the effects of PT on strength, jumping, sprinting, throwing, and agility in female team sport athletes and explored whether training frequency, intervention duration, and ground contacts per session moderated these effects.

Vortex light bullets in Rydberg atoms trapped in twisted $\mathcal{PT}$-symmetric waveguide arrays
We present a theoretical scheme for generating vortex light bullets (LBs) in a Rydberg atomic system. The stability property and propagation dynamics of vortex LBs with different topological charges are investigated in twisted circular waveguide arrays with a parity-time () symmetry. The numerical solutions of the corresponding nonlinear Schrödinger equation are obtained by the modified square operator method and split-step Fourier method.

Eu2+/Eu3+-doped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics for modular warm white emission
Eu2+/Eu3+-doped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics for modular warm white emission† White light-emitting diodes (WLEDs), which typically combine a yttrium aluminum garnet doped with Ce3+ (YAG:Ce) with a blue LED, have been widely applied as illumination devices because of their high efficiency and long-term stability. However, the color of YAG:Ce-based WLEDs is cold and the color rendering index (CRI) is low due to the lack of a red component in the spectra.

Divergent single cell transcriptome and epigenome alterations in ALS and FTD patients with C9orf72 mutation - Nature Communications
Abstract A repeat expansion in the C9orf72 (C9) gene is the most common genetic cause of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Here we investigate single nucleus transcriptomics (snRNA-seq) and epigenomics (snATAC-seq) in postmortem motor and frontal cortices from C9-ALS, C9-FTD, and control donors. C9-ALS donors present pervasive alterations of gene expression with concordant changes in chromatin accessibility and histone modifications.
