Cumulative ecological risk and depression–anxiety symptom networks in adolescents: a network comparison and intervention simulation study
Abstract Depression and anxiety commonly co-occur during adolescence, and cumulative ecological risk (CER) may play an important role in this comorbidity. However, it remains unclear whether CER is associated with differences in the symptom network structure of adolescent depression and anxiety. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1451 high school students from four provinces in China between September and December 2025.

Manga visual question answering requires models to answer questions over panel-based visual narratives, where relevant evidence is distributed across ordered panels, embedded text, recurring characters, and implicit event transitions. This structure makes passive page encoding insufficient, as the model must identify which panels to inspect, what clues to retain, and when the accumulated evidence is sufficient for answering.
N-linked glycosylation of the EP3α receptor is essential for the regulation of platelet homeostasis
Abstract Platelet activation and aggregation represent pivotal events in hemostasis and thrombosis. Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor subtype 3 (EP3), the most abundantly expressed PGE2 receptor in platelets, regulates platelet activation. Yet, the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely defined. Glycosylation, one of the most common post-translational modifications, plays a crucial role in maintaining platelet function.

The cGAS–STING pathway in pulmonary infectious and sterile inflammation: differences, connections, and therapeutic implications
Abstract The cyclic GMP–AMP synthase–stimulator of interferon genes (cGAS–STING) signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in mediating both infectious and sterile pulmonary inflammation, exhibiting distinct dynamic characteristics under different contexts. The activation kinetics of the cGAS–STING pathway are highly dependent on disease context.
A pilot study of helicopter emergency medical services in the Zhoushan Archipelago: clinical experience and operational insights from 18 cases
Abstract Background: The Zhoushan Archipelago faces challenges in delivering timely emergency care due to its dispersed geography and centralized medical resources. To address delays associated with ferry transport for critically ill patients on remote islands, a maritime helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) was established. Methods: We conducted a pilot, retrospective study of all patients transported by this novel HEMS between March 2024 and June 2025.
Mitigating position bias in hybrid summarisation via a Gated Dual-Encoder network
ABSTRACT Generative summarisation models have demonstrated remarkable fluency; however, they frequently encounter hallucinations and factual inconsistencies, especially in specialised domains that involve lengthy documents. Hybrid approaches aim to alleviate these issues by integrating extractive key sentences as guidance. Nevertheless, current methods generally utilise an ‘early fusion’ strategy, which involves merely concatenating key sentences with the source text.
Computer Science > Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition
Incomplete Multi-View Clustering addresses the problem of clustering multi-modal data when certain views are missing. Recent end-to-end generative approaches leverage diffusion models to recover missing views via stochastic noise-to-data trajectories. While expressive, such mechanisms are not explicitly designed for clustering, as they initialize from cluster-agnostic noise and rely on stochastic denoising dynamics.
GPR107 promotes autophagy secretion in psoriatic keratinocytes by inhibiting BECN1 K48-linked ubiquitination
Abstract Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease driven by excessive proliferation and aberrant differentiation of keratinocytes. Autophagy-based unconventional secretory pathway (secretory autophagy) plays key roles in regulating cell proliferation and autosecretion in psoriatic keratinocytes; however, their upstream regulators remain poorly defined. The orphan G protein-coupled receptor 107 (GPR107) mediates signal transduction via clathrin-dependent endocytosis.
MAESTRO: large language model-enabled cross-agency coordination for natural disaster early warning
Abstract Early warning systems are central to disaster resilience, yet impact-based alerts often falter under cross-agency fragmented mandates, semantic silos, and rigid approval chains that delay protective action. Despite advances in hazard forecasting, few platforms convert predictions into coordinated government response at scale.
Quantum interference between direct and indirect reaction paths in the photodissociation of HOD - Nature Chemistry
Abstract The wave-like nature of quantum particles enables interference effects that can influence the outcomes of chemical reactions; however, most have been observed to occur from two spatially distinct reaction pathways, analogous to Young’s double-slit experiment. Here we report detailed experiments on HOD photodissociation that reveal excitation-wavelength-dependent variations in the rotational state distribution of OD(X) product fragments.

Case Report: A case of Culler-Jones syndrome caused by GLI2 gene mutation
1 Introduction Culler-Jones syndrome (CJS; OMIM: 615849) is a rare autosomal-dominant disorder caused by pathogenic variants in the GLI2 gene on chromosome 2q14 (1). The syndrome is characterized by incomplete penetrance and variable expressivity, resulting in significant clinical heterogeneity and frequent diagnostic uncertainty. Core clinical features include hypopituitarism, postaxial polydactyly, seizures, intellectual disability, and growth impairment.

Quantification of the Influence of Charge Variations on the Flow Behavior of Sheet Molding Compounds
1. Introduction Weight saving has consistently remained one of the main goals in most industrial sectors over the past decades, as it reduces the necessary energy for any movement, consequently reducing the consumption of fuel or increasing the range of motion, saving money and emissions. Carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) is commonly the material of choice for lightweight designs due to its high specific stiffness and strength.

A Method for Defogging Sea Fog Images by Integrating Dark Channel Prior with Adaptive Sky Region Segmentation
1. Introduction In visual-systems-based research, the assumption that observers are in a transparent medium simplifies their perception of brightness; however, real-world outdoor conditions, including fog, haze, and other weather phenomena, can significantly degrade image quality. Particles (e.g., dust and smoke) scatter light and diminish contrast and visibility, thus posing challenges for critical applications such as maritime navigation and surveillance [1,2,3].

The Dual Roles of the CXCL10-CXCR3 Axis and Its Therapeutic Potential in Osteosarcoma
Abstract The CXCL10-CXCR3 axis is recognized for its dual role in tumor biology, promoting tumor growth and metastasis via autocrine signaling while also eliciting anti-tumor responses through paracrine signaling. However, its specific functions in osteosarcoma (OS), the most prevalent malignant bone tumor in children, remain poorly understood. Our previous research has demonstrated that elevated circulating CXCL10 levels correlate with poor prognosis in OS patients.
