CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - A federal judge has blocked a new Virginia law that would prohibit law enforcement agents, including ICE agents, from wearing masks while on duty, just hours before it was slated to take effect. U.S. District Court Judge Robert E. Payne issued a preliminary injunction on Tuesday, June 30, a couple weeks after the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit to challenge the legislation.
