MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The man who was acquitted in the murder of Memphis rapper Young Dolph is back in handcuffs. This time, it's for a federal charge of cyberstalking. This is less than a year after he was acquitted for murder by a Shelby County jury. And for the first time, FOX13 is hearing from the jury foreperson. Out of fear of retaliation, the foreman's identity will not be published. "A trial is beyond reasonable doubt, right?" the jury foreman said. "You have to be beyond reasonable doubt.
