以前こんな記事を書きました。 今年の1月終わりの頃だったのでもう3か月以上が経過しておりまして、通院も1か月前までに終わりましたので、遅ばせながら報告がてら記事をしたためようと思います。 前回、 睡眠外来の結果。 後日お泊りで精密検査を受けることになりました…！ なんかいろいろセンサー付けて寝てみるらしいです。ほぇー。 家でも出来ますということでしたが、いろいろと大変そうなのと、せっかくなのでベッドの上のモルモットになってこようと思います🐹(言い方よ) と書きまして、そのお泊りでの精密検査を受けてきました。 通っている医院で予約を取る✏️ ↓ 当日、指定された時間までに行き、受付してもらう ↓ その指定された時間からセンサー付け開始のため、それに間に合うようシャワーを浴びたり歯を磨いたりする🚿 ↓ センサーを全身にビッタビタに付けてもらい、動作チェック ↓ そのまま就寝🛌 ↓ 起床し、指定時間までにシャワーやら身支度やらをして出る ↓ 約2週間後、普段通っている医院で結果を聞く 予約がわりと良いタイミングで取れて、当日は仕事終わりで向かいました。...

Motivation under aversive conditions is regulated by a striatopallidal pathway in primates
Motivational engagement is shaped not only by current task demands but also by recent experiences of success or failure. To determine whether the VS-VP pathway integrates such recent behavioral history, we analyzed within-trial activity dynamics during the precue period. Specifically, we assessed correlations between the precue firing rate of each neuron and the outcome of the immediately preceding trial (successful or error), which served as an index of the animal’s prior engagement or failure.

INTRODUCTION Many phylogenetic studies have relied on chloroplast data because chloroplast genes are relatively easy to sequence, assemble and analyze (Palmer 1985; Taberlet et al. 1991). These studies often use specific chloroplast gene markers, such as rbcL (Chase et al. 1993), matK (Ho et al. 2021) and psbA (Chenard and Suttle 2008), to explore evolutionary relationships among plant groups across various taxonomic levels, from families to species.

Abstract The razor clam Sinonovacula constricta is a commercially important bivalve in Japan. The current distribution of this species in Japan is limited to Ariake Bay, where the fishery stock is declining. It is necessary to understand the genetic population structure of this species in order to restore the fishery stock while preserving the genetic diversity of the clam. Here, we report for the first time the genetic population structure of S. constricta in Ariake Bay, Japan.
