NORTH HAVEN — The Hamden man accused of secretly recording female shoppers without their consent had videos on his cellphone that police said were recorded “underneath women’s dresses.” Jordan Stevens, 33, was charged with voyeurism with malice and second-degree breach of peace after North Haven police responded to a report of a fight at the TJ Maxx on Universal Drive around 6:27 p.m. May 31.
