I understand how hard it is to lose weight. Growing up in the Nineties, I felt constantly hungry while also being preoccupied with my size. Mum was always on a diet and it was a time where every glossy magazine cover promised weight-loss tips – I would buy as many as I could get my hands on. In my early 20s, I moved to London and studied for three years to achieve a degree in nutrition, but I still couldn't rein in my eating.
