PLYMOUTH — More than 16 years after it closed, and more than 120 years after it was built, the former Prospect Street School is coming back to life. A Thomaston developer has purchased the 5-acre site under his business name, Premiere Properties LLC, and is refurbishing the two-story brick building into 28 market-rate apartments. The sale price was $650,000.
