Targeting an IL-17/IL-36 pathogenic hub in hidradenitis suppurativa with a bispecific antibody
Abstract Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder with a high unmet need, particularly for treatment-resistant tunnels. Integrated multiomics analysis revealed that HS tunnels are spatially organized, self-amplifying inflammatory circuits driven by synergistic IL-17/IL-36γ activation of a unique keratinocyte subset, which activates neutrophils and inflammatory fibroblasts.

Basophil activation test in diagnosis of immediate hypersensitivity reactions to IL‐17A inhibitors
Dear Editor, IL-17A inhibitors have been identified as relatively safe and efficacious drugs against psoriasis since IL-17A signalling plays a critical role in the pathogenesis.1 Nevertheless, side effects have been reported following treatment with IL-17A inhibitors. Overall, hypersensitivity was reported in 14.5% patients treated by ixekizumab.

Study on the Bending Performance of High-Strength and High-Ductility CRE-Reinforced Concrete Beams
3. Test phenomenon and Analysis 3.1. Test Phenomenon The bending test of CRE-reinforced concrete beams is similar to the test process of ordinary reinforced concrete beams, which can be roughly divided into three stages: the uncracked stage, the working stage with cracks, and the failure stage.

DNA Nanostructures: Self‐adjuvant carriers for Highly Efficient Subunit Vaccines
Subunit vaccines based on antigen proteins or epitopes of pathogens or tumors show advantages in immunological precision and high safety, but are often limited by their low immunogenicity. Adjuvants can boost immune responses by stimulating immune cells or promoting antigen uptake by antigen presenting cells (APCs), yet existing clinical adjuvants struggle in simultaneously achieving these dual functions. Additionally, the spatial organization of antigens might be crucial to their immunogenicity.
An incomplete LEOPARD syndrome presented with generalized lentigines
To the Editor, A 24-year-old woman presented at our hospital with generalized lentigines that first developed at the age of 5 years. Her height and weight were 160 cm and 60 kg, respectively. She had experienced menarche at 13 years of age and had regular menstrual cycles. She was otherwise healthy and showed no signs of developmental or growth retardation.
Improving NoSQL Spatial-Query Processing with Server-Side In-Memory R*-Tree Indexes for Spatial Vector Data
1. Introduction In recent years, the development of communication, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data technology have brought us into the smart planet era []. Increasing data acquisition methods and extensive spatial applications such as smart city [], augmented reality (AR) [], and natural hazard risk assessments [] have prompted massive, multi-format geospatial data. Spatial queries can be described as finding qualified spatial objects from such spatial datasets.
Ni‐Alginate Hydrogel Microspheres with Sustained Interleukin 2 Release to Boost Cytokine‐Based Cancer Immunotherapy
Abstract Interleukin 2 (IL2) is the first approved immunotherapeutic agent in cancer treatment. However, high-dose IL2 administrated through intratumoral injection still spreads all over the body, causing serious systemic toxicity. Herein, an injectable nickel-alginate hydrogel microsphere (Ni-ALGMS) to allow effective loading of IL2 and its sustained release after intratumoral administration is reported.
Enhancing Cell Membrane Phase Separation for Inhibiting Cancer Metastasis with a Stimuli-responsive DNA Nanodevice
Enhancing Cell Membrane Phase Separation for Inhibiting Cancer Metastasis with a Stimuli-responsive DNA Nanodevice Di Li, Yingying Su, Xiaoqing Chen, Hui Wang, Lele Sun and YIng Xu Abstract Phase separation at cell membranes promotes the assembly of transmembrane receptors to initiate signal transduction in response to environmental cues. Many cellular behaviors are manipulated by promoting membrane phase separation through binding to multivalent extracellular ligands.
Shifts in Vegetation-Associated Microbial Community in the Reclamation of Coal Mining Subsidence Land
Introduction Coal is a major natural resource, which accounts for <70% of the energy source in China. However, mining process has its disadvantages in the form of extensive environmental degradation and ecological disturbance in the area, especially Huainan–Huaibei subsidence area in China (Frostegård et al., 1993).
Dynamic cytokine profiles combined with enzyme-linked immunospot assay are useful for immunologically confirming the dapsone hypersensitivity syndrome
To the Editor: Dapsone hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS) is a dapsone-induced T–cell mediated delayed type of hypersensitivity, characterized by fever, rash, lymphadenopathy, and hepatic function abnormalities. 1 Richardus J.H. Smith T.C. Increased incidence in leprosy of hypersensitivity reactions to dapsone after introduction of multidrug therapy. Lepr Rev. 1989; 60: 267-273 The diagnosis of DHS is traditionally based on the criteria proposed by Richardus and Smith.
DNA‐Edited Ligand Positioning on Red Blood Cells to Enable Optimized T Cell Activation for Adoptive Immunotherapy
Research Article Zhuang Liu Corresponding Author E-mail address: zliu@suda.edu.cn Soochow University, 199 Ren'ai Road, Building 910, Room 405, 215123 Suzhou, CHINA Search for more papers by this author Abstract Artificial antigen presenting cells (APCs) with surface‐anchored T cell activating ligands hold great potential in adoptive immunotherapy. However, it remains challenging to precisely control the ligand positioning on those platforms via conventional bioconjugation chemistry.

Guiding Protein Delivery into Live Cells using DNA-Programmed Membrane Fusion
Intracellular delivery of proteins provides a direct means to manipulate cell function and probe the intracellular envi-ronment. However, direct cytoplasm delivery of proteins suffers from limited availability of efficient toolsets, and thus remains challenging in research and therapeutic applications.
Real-Time Imaging of Single-Molecule Enzyme Cascade Using a DNA Origami Raft
The dynamics of enzymes are directly associated with their functions in various biological processes. Nevertheless, the ability to image motions of single enzymes in a highly parallel fashion remains a challenge. Here, we develop a DNA origami raft-based platform for in-situ real-time imaging of enzyme cascade at the single-molecule level. The motions of enzymes are rationally controlled via different tethering modes on a two-dimensional (2D) supported lipid bilayer (SLB).
Effect of pumping pressure on onset of lactation after caesarean section: A randomized controlled study
Caesarean section is associated with weaker newborn suction pressure. This nonblinded, randomized trial explored the effect of suction pressures generating by a breast pump on mothers' onset of lactation and milk supply after caesarean section. A high pressure group (?150 mmHg), a low pressure group (?100 mmHg), and a control group (none) were generated under computer random assignment with concealed allocation in 2 tertiary hospitals.
